Infusing their lives with brilliant hues, the young learners of Modern Delhi Public School familiarized themselves with the orange colour and learnt in spades about the heart shape. The zealous participation in a wide array of hands-on activities enthralled one and all. Not only did the inquisitive spirits learn to make the colour orange by mixing red and yellow colours on their palette but they were also provided with the desired visual and auditory stimulus through an engaging storytelling session. Furthermore, the students learned to hone their pincer grip, eye-hand coordination and focus by indulging in Tearing and Pasting activity. The tiny tots were visibly excited on seeing a heart-shaped Magic Box which opened at the tap of a heart-shaped wand. As the teachers read out the magic words of 'Aabra ka Dabra ', the children clapped with glee on being shown the heart- shaped pictures and objects from the box. Working dexterously, the children unfurled their creativity to make an orange flower using four heart-shaped cutouts.
